At The Scent Reserve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the fragrance in its original box and use protective padding to ensure the glass bottle remains secure during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
